Dr. Jeffery Marderosian

Dr. Marderosian is devoted to providing exceptional patient care. His approach to dental treatment is to always put the patient’s comfort first—it’s an attitude shared by all the staff at Professional Endodontics.

Dr. Marderosian attended Albion College and Michigan State University where his studies emphasized physiology. His high undergraduate grades and entrance examination scores earned him admission to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry without requiring a bachelor’s degree. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1991 and went on to achieve certification in endodontics from the university in 1995, the same year he joined Professional Endodontics. His professional associations include the Michigan Association of Endodontists, the Macomb County Dental Society, the Oakland County Dental Society, and the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Marderosian has been recognized by Hour Detroit magazine as a Metropolitan Detroit Top Dentist. In addition, he has helped provide dental services to the indigent—a reflection of his belief that everyone should have access to quality dental care.

Dr. Marderosian’s dedication to patient care extends beyond his office. He is an adjunct instructor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he teaches clinical endodontic techniques. His objective is not only to ensure his students master the surgical skills the endodontic dentistry specialty requires, it is also to instruct them on treating the whole patient. He recognizes that patients may be nervous, and his priority is on treating them in a caring manner. He wants his students to understand that as well. It is this overarching concern for what goes on chairside and in the classroom that distinguishes Dr. Marderosian.

Outside his professional and academic life, Dr. Marderosian is an avid photographer, a marathon runner, and an enthusiastic audiophile. He is married and has three daughters.

“I teach my students to go beyond surgical skills: to care for the whole patient. Applying my methodology to my practice, I bring skills and caring to my patients, putting them at ease and making the dental experience a comfortable one.”
